Project Status
Project Status

The project status is important to determine the probability of project turnover and costs and to keep the project inventory clear.

Updated over a year ago

The project status is maintained in the project settings. There are 5+1 project statuses:

Created

Project request, pitches or projects for which the briefing is expected and it is unclear whether it will be implemented.

Expected

The project is expected, or it is quite likely that the project will come. However, the project is still in further coordination (KVA, etc.).

Confirmed

The project is confirmed, i.e. there is a P.O., an order confirmation or another binding commitment. It is not mandatory to work on a "confirmed" project.

Delivered

The project is delivered to the customer and accepted. There are no more Staff Costs, or only a small amount of work is required, for example, to record the last incoming invoices and finally close the project.

Closed

The project is closed. It does not generate any further effort, incoming invoices are no longer expected and the project is closed in the system, in resource planning, in time tracking and for accounting.

Canceled

The project is cancelled, e.g. because the pitch was lost or the request does not come. It does not generate any further effort, no incoming invoices are expected and the project is closed in time tracking and for accounting.
