New features

  • Introduced support for multi-tenant Microsoft 365 authentication. Users can now log in with personal Microsoft accounts and accounts belonging to external Microsoft organizations.

Improvements

  • Improved performance for large data sets on the Time Invest and Cashflow reports

  • Implemented frontend performance optimizations in the budgeting interface. Editing operations on large budgets will be significantly more responsive.

  • Implemented performance optimizations on the Project Overview page

  • Implemented performance optimizations on the Invoice Overview pages

  • Enhanced the filter functionality on the Incoming Invoice Overview page. It is now possible to select multiple departments.

  • Improved workflows for issuing itemized invoices on projects with one or more final invoices

  • Implemented various filter improvements on the Work Log. Users can now select multiple project leaders, project types, departments and clients.

  • Added user guidance and DATEV validation hints on banking fields in OS/ Contacts

  • Added user guidance and validation hints on the company type fields in OS/ Contacts

  • Improved error handling in the Datev Online integration. Invoices rejected by the Datev Online service will now be reset to the Draft status.

  • Improved the structure of the Datev Online integration’s export logs. Transfers containing errors are now clearly marked with a red “x” icon. The structure of the log tables has been enhanced to improve readability.

  • Updated the Google Drive integration to create missing project drives when projects are updated.

  • Updated the Personio integration to normalize incoming data by removing case-sensitivity from staff email addresses and eliminating unwanted whitespaces on all fields.

  • Implemented project status synchronization in the awork integration

  • Improved fault tolerance in the Personio integration

Bug fixes

  • Removed numbering from inactive budget items and sections

  • Fixed an issue in the budgeting interface that caused budget subsections nested within optional parent sections to appear as non-optional

  • Fixed a bug that caused budget section titles to be inadvertently cleared in certain scenarios

  • Fixed a bug that prevented linked updates on zero-value quantities in budget line items

  • Fixed an issue related to the encoding of special characters such as umlauts in budget offer pdf exports

  • Fixed date filter issues on the project overview page

  • Fixed a bug that prevented users with the Accountant role from accessing the Outgoing Invoice Outbox page

  • Fixed miscellaneous issues in the receipt pdf preview

  • Fixed bugs in the Service Directory’s filter functionality

  • Fixed an issue in the calculation of year-to-date totals on client-filtered P&L reports

  • Fixed a bug in the Reset Filters button on the P&L report

  • Fixed bugs related to the display of untracked time in the Time Invest report

  • Fixed a bug in the project status filter on the Business Performance report

  • Fixed a bug that caused Work Log filters to reset when changing the date range

  • Fixed a field length validation issue on budget section titles

  • Fixed issues in the awork integration’s budget data synchronization feature

  • Fixed a bug in the Pleo integration that caused receipts without vendors to be marked as compliant
