Individualization and structure of offers and invoices

You can customize offers and invoices in a variety of ways and with little effort. Here are our layout options.

General individualization

The general document individualization requires admin access rights and is set up for the entire workspace.

A - Page header

You can create the page header under Workspace settings / Document templates / Company-Logo.

The page header can be a .png, .jpg or .svg graphic. We recommend .svg. You can find a template at the end of the article.

B - Sender address

The sender address is created from the details in your own address. You can maintain the data at https://contacts.goos.cloud.

C - Header text

You can create and format the header text under Workspace settings / Document templates / Header-Text.

D - Fonts (OS/ Business only)

You can create your font as a True Type font (.ttf) under Workspace settings / Quotation and invoice documents / Brand headline font & Brand text font.

G - Brand-Color (OS/Business only)

You can create your font under Workspace settings / Quotation and invoice documents / Primary brand color.

J - Footer text

You can create and format the footer text under Workspace settings / Document templates / Footer text or Legal text for invoices.

K - Page footer (OS/Business only)

You can create the page header under Workspace settings / Offer and invoice documents / Brand document footer.

The page footer can be a .png, .jpg or .svg graphic. We recommend .svg. You can find a template at the end of this article or contact our support team.

Project content

E - Offer version name (optional)

The quote version name is optionally requested when exporting a quote.

F - Offer description (optional)

The offer description is created in the project settings under Project Settings / Offer description.

H - Offer Section description (optional)

Each Budget Section can have an individual description, which is created and formatted directly in the budgeting interface.

I - Offer Item description (optional)

Each Offer Item can have an individual description, which is created and formatted directly in the budgeting interface.
