OS/ supports the automatic transfer of incoming and outgoing invoices to the DATEV Online API (accounting:dxso-jobs). To activate the integration of OS/ with DATEV Online, the user performing the setup must have the following permissions.
Clients often do not have direct access to the permissions management. Please contact your tax advisor or auditor to perform the following configuration.
Please log in to DATEV Unternehmen Online and open the 'Online rights management' interface ("Rechteverwaltung online"). You will find this option under 'My applications' ("Meine Anwendungen") and then 'Administration' in the DATEV Unternehmen Online navigation.
In 'Online rights management' under 'Employees', open the entry for the employee who will set up the OS/DATEV Online integration.
Scroll to the 'Accounting' section and grant the user the following three permissions:
Rechnungswesen / Buchungsdatenservice
Rechnungswesen / Rechnungsdatenservice 1.0
Rechnungswesen / Rechnungsdatenservice 2.0
It is essential to grant access rights for both Rechnungsdatenservice 1.0 and Rechnungsdatenservice 2.0. It is not sufficient to grant access rights for Rechnungsdatenservice 2.0 alone.
The DATEV Online API integration can then be activated and configured.
