Budget item prices are automatically recalculated when units are switched between Hours and Days

Bug fixes
Irregularities impacting the download of invoice and offer exports have been fixed
Staff contract fields managed by the Personio integration are now displayed in the correct “locked” state in the UI. The “active” switches are also now locked in the Staff Directory interface for staff members managed by Personio. (This was a frontend-only issue; the data was properly locked in the backend)
The service provision end date field on credit notes is no longer constrained
Positioning issues related to horizontal scrolling in the budget interface have been resolved
